Losing dad was without a doubt the hardest moment I have experienced so far in life. He was my number one fan, and everything I am is thanks to him. Everything I do, I do it to honor him, his memory, his lessons, his love… that unconditional love that he always showed me. Lose You Now is for you, my loving dad Julio.
This project took months to complete… it was a wonderful journey. It started with me dreaming about playing this song but wondering how to make it happen since I could not really sing this song. Then I met Justinas at the recording studio, and with the help of my friend and super talented guitarist Nathania, my dear friend and virtuoso cellos Ignė and the wonderful skills of Saxtone, we were able to have a beautiful track.
Not long after, I met Marius. I was so excited about the new song that I showed it to him and then magic happened. His creative soul pushed this project beyond anything I would have imagined. He created a beautiful storyline, designed the coolest outfits and directed the video. Along with Arturas, whom I have had the pleasure to work before, and Sandra, Lose You Now is ready to be released today. This project, this journey, this piece of art is the result of the talent, the work, and the effort of so many individuals, that I can only thank dad for putting them in my path.
Lindsey and Mako, thanks for composing this beautiful song; you have changed and inspired more lives than you can imagine.
